Throughout his 27 years of training and consulting Hop has honed his coaching techniques with a variety of double-digit New Store openings around the country involving hospitality and clinical operations. He developed and owned a range of companies from local retail to international and multi-state wholesale distributor operations. . With this vast industry experience in his tool belt, he supports the challenges of the modern day businesses and also bolsters the passion of assisting alignment of Life wellness for employee, guest, family, and interpersonal strategies to assist individuals in creating the life work balance we all strive for.
